Petersons Traffic Control helps Lower Mainland contractors keep work moving with confirmed coverage, qualified people, clear communication and accountable service—from the first dispatch call to the final time slip. The Petersons 7-Point Project-Ready Guarantee
1. Confirmed Coverage Once we accept your booking, we confirm your crew coverage by the agreed confirmation deadline. If availability changes, we contact you promptly with the issue, the available options and our recovery plan. You will not be left wondering whether your crew is coming.
2. Ready at the Agreed Start Our assigned people arrive prepared, properly equipped and ready to work at the agreed start time. If a Petersons-controlled delay occurs, you will not be charged for time when the confirmed service was not provided.
3. Qualified, Site-Ready People Every person assigned to control traffic will have current approved traffic-control training for their role, appropriate PPE and the ability to provide verification when requested. We also provide additional on-road guidance and evaluate our people for reliability, professionalism and job-site readiness.
4. Plan-Driven, Professional Setup We follow the approved traffic-control plan, agreed scope and site instructions. Petersons-supplied signs, paddles, delineators and safety equipment will be clean, serviceable and appropriate for the agreed work. If site conditions or the scope materially change, we raise the concern rather than improvising around safety.
5. We Stay Until Properly Released Our TCPs remain at their assigned positions until they are properly released, the work is complete or approved relief has been arranged. We will not knowingly leave an active work zone without the required Petersons coverage.
6. Clear Communication—Before It Becomes an Emergency You receive one accountable point of contact for dispatch questions, booking changes and service concerns. Standard requests are acknowledged within 60 minutes during published dispatch hours. Active-site safety concerns are escalated immediately. If we see a potential problem, we tell you early and bring possible solutions.
7. Accurate Records and a Make-It-Right Commitment Our invoices are supported by signed time records and the rates and services agreed upon. If Petersons makes a verified service or billing mistake, we will investigate it promptly, correct the affected invoice within two business days and explain what we are doing to prevent it from happening again. That’s the Petersons standard: prepared people, dependable coverage and no avoidable surprises.
